Joean Lankford, RN, BSN, OCN

Joean is a Wyoming native. She has been the Oncology Nurse Manager for Dr. Clinton Merrill’s practice since 2005. She started at the Meredith and Jeannie Ray Cancer Center as a Chemo Infusion RN in 2003. Prior to the Cancer Center, Joean worked in hospital and home health nursing and as a hospice volunteer. She received her BSN with a Minor in Psychology from the University of Wyoming.

“The team of co-workers at the Cancer Center, the ever-expanding nursing opportunities, and the bonds I have made with patients and their family members have brought great satisfaction and joy into my life,” Joean said.

Joean and her husband live in the Centennial Valley where they are partners in a family ranch. They enjoy hiking, skiing and playing with family and friends.
