Dr. Robert Tobin

A Casper, Wyoming native, Dr. Robert Tobin is proud to practice medicine in his home state and help bring some of the world's best cancer care to local residents. He has a distinguished career in radiation oncology with 14 years of dedicated experience.

Dr. Tobin earned his undergraduate and medical degrees from Creighton University in Nebraska and finished his internal medicine internship from Creighton University Affiliate Hospitals. He went on to complete his radiation oncology residency and clinical fellowship from the prestigious Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.

He returned to the Cowboy State and helped establish the Wyoming Cancer Center in Casper. Dr. Tobin joined the team of oncology specialists at the Meredith and Jeannie Ray Cancer Center assuming the leadership position in the radiation oncology program at the regional cancer center.

Dr. Tobin has received numerous awards and honors including an American Cancer Society Clinical Oncology Fellowship. He has specialized expertise in prostate seed implant therapy, 3-D treatment planning, and stereotactic radiosurgery. He is board certified in radiation oncology.
