Technological advancement in radiation oncology has grown exponentially over the last decade and is one of the most promising areas of cancer treatment. Radiation oncology is now used in the treatment of over half of all cancer patients.

We are proud to offer our patients some of the most sophisticated radiation oncology treatments in the world. Our center is founded on the state-of-the-art Clinac Dual-Energy Linear Accelerator, a premier product on the market that delivers the powerful beam of radiation to treat cancers deep within the body. The multileaf collimator sculpts the high energy beam to fit the dimensions of the tumor being treated. It actually helps spare healthy, surrounding cells from exposure to radiation while enabling the radiation beam to be more powerful.

We are the only facility in the state of Wyoming to offer Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT). IMRT enables clinicians to target denser portions of a tumor with higher doses of radiation and target less dense areas of the tumor with lower doses. Ask your physician if IMRT can benefit you.

Through highly advanced technology, radiation therapy is now faster, safer, and more effective due to computer technology and digital imaging. We are now able to deliver larger doses of radiation which can actually kill cancerous cells and tumors, giving patients hope for a cancer-free future.
