Prenatal Classes
Prenatal Classes are an important first step in preparation for your new baby.
We have numerous classes available to suit your schedule and individual needs.


Course Offerings

6-Week Series/Wednesdays (another day may open only if Wednesday is full)  6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m., Saratoga Room at IMH

Teen/Single Prenatal Classes (Class is arranged and taught as needed)
Tuesdays 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m., Saratoga Room at IMH

Prenatal Sibling Class (Class minimum of 5 children registered)
This is a special class for siblings of a new baby to help prepare them for the new member of the family.

Prenatal Refresher Class
The refresher class is for "experienced parents" who would like a review of prenatal topics, but do not feel they need the entire prenatal course.
