IMH Foundation BBQ Cook-Off

Everyone is Invited to Attend
The public is invited from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. for lunch.  Attendees will sample competitor's faire and will enjoy a lunch of exceptional BBQ, cole slaw, dinner roll, dessert and soft drinks.

Compete Against Some of the Best BBQ in the West
Dig out grandpa's famous BBQ sauce recipe or your own spicy rub.  There will be awards and recognition including the People's Choice Award; first, second, and third place awards in each category; Special Sauce Award; Best Decorated Booth Award; and every competitor receives a certificate.  Competitors must pre-register - there will be no same-day registration.  Email to register or request a brochure.

2008 marks the first annual KCBS sanctioned cook-off. We will be running an amateur (Backyard) division and the KCBS division consecutively. Click here to enter the KCBS division. For the Backyard Division entry form, click here.
