Key Functional Assessment

This standardized assessment determines the physical function of a person in relation to return-to-work capabilities.  The result is the determination of the participants safe work abilities in relation to sitting and standing tolerances, weight lifted at various heights, weight carried, ability to bend, squat, kneel, etc.  These assessment can be used for return to work restrictions, impairment rating or validity determination.

Upper Extremity Assessment

The upper extremity assessment provides all the information of the Key Functional Assessment plus grip and pinch strength, tolerance to perform tasks involving sustained hand use and validity determination.

Job Placement Assessment

This assessment determines the physical capabilities of a candidate and compares the results to the job demands of a predetermined, specific work position.  This typically takes place after an employee is offered a specific employment position.  A detailed job description of the position is required at time of this assessment.

Orthotics

An evaluation is performed by a physical therapist to determine your orthotic needs.  The feet are then casted for custom-made orthotics.
