The class will encompass healthy pregnancy, labor positions and relaxation techniques, variations in labor and delivery, postpartum and breastfeeding, and will include a tour of the Women + Children Center at Ivinson. It will be in the Sugarloaf Conference Room on the 3rd floor of the main hospital building, participants should take the Bear (B) Elevator. Snacks and water will be provided.
