Ivinson Voted ‘Best’ in Four Categories by Laramie Residents

Ivinson was voted Best of the Best 2025 in four categories — Family Practice, Women’s Health, Audiology and Best Physician (Dr. Kim Westbrook).

Ivinson Memorial Hospital has once again been recognized by the Laramie community in the annual Best of the Best Awards, the official community choice awards published by the Laramie Boomerang.

This year, Ivinson earned the community’s vote as the best in four categories:

  • Best Family Practice — Ivinson Medical Group.
  • Best Women’s Health Services — Women’s Health Clinic.
  • Best Audiology/Hearing Clinic — Ivinson Audiology.
  • Best Physician — Dr. Kim Westbrook.

In addition, several Ivinson Medical Group providers and clinics were recognized as finalists in their categories, including:

  • Orthopedic Clinic — Best Sports Medicine/Orthopedic Center.
  • Pediatric and Family Care — Best Pediatric Clinic.
  • Convenient Care — Best Urgent Care/Walk-In Clinic.
  • Dr. Tyler Gallo — Best Physician.

The Best of the Best Awards are meaningful because they come directly from the people we serve,” said Ivinson CEO Doug Faus. I always say if we offer a service, we want to be the best at it so people don’t have to travel long-distance to receive quality care. It really shows the trust our community places in Ivinson.”

Ivinson Medical Group is home to nearly 30 healthcare providers caring for patients across a wide range of specialties, including family practice, women’s health, pediatrics, internal medicine, geriatrics, orthopedics, general surgery, urology, otolaryngology, urgent care and more.

When patients come to our clinic, we hope that they feel safe, heard and respected,” says Dr. Samantha Herriott, a physician at Ivinson’s Women’s Health Clinic. Dr. Herriott has cared for countless patients in the clinic since joining the Ivinson team in 2019. Our team of physicians, nurse midwives and registered nurses work hard to advocate for each of our patients. We are so grateful that the community has acknowledged our commitment to women’s health with such a prestige award.”
