Our Hospi­tal is led by a board of direc­tors who guide us and help us make deci­sions that posi­tively impact our community.

The Albany County hospi­tal district is made up of five elected board members. This district owns the hospi­tal and has a long-term lease with Ivin­son Memo­r­ial Hospi­tal, Inc. to oper­ate the hospital.
