Classroom to Career Program

Established in 2023 with funding from the Ivinson Memorial Hospital Foundation, our Classroom to Career Program was developed to address the critical recruitment needs of our hospital, while supporting future healthcare professionals in their educational endeavors.

Program Details

Through Ivinson’s Classroom to Career Program, eligible students can receive financial assistance in the final year of their clinical program by committing to work at Ivinson upon graduation.

We are currently accepting applications for students who are studying the following:

Nursing (ADN and BSN).
Medical Laboratory Sciences (MLT and MLS).
Radiography.
Sonography.
Respiratory Therapy.

financial awards + commitments

Associate’s Level Education: $5,000 — 2 year commitment to employment at Ivinson upon graduation.
Bachelor’s Level Education: $10,000 — 3 year commitment to employment at Ivinson upon graduation.

Each education award is matched with a sign-on bonus once employment at Ivinson begins.
