Annie is a board certified family medicine provider that cares for patients of all ages from infancy, to adults and geriatrics. Dr. Habel is a WWAMI Program graduate, earning her medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine. Following medical school, she completed her residency at the University of Colorado Swedish
Family Medicine in Denver. Dr. Habel is an active member of the Army National Guard. When she is not serving patients or reporting for duty, Dr. Habel spends time with her husband and two boys and enjoys being in the Wyoming outdoors.
