Meaghan Henry is a registered dietitian and licensed dietitian who provides personalized nutrition counseling and lifestyle coaching to help individuals manage chronic conditions and build a healthy, sustainable relationship with food. With a background in culinary arts and more than a decade of experience as a certified personal trainer, Meaghan brings a practical, evidence-based approach to nutrition and wellness.
Meaghan earned her Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences (Dietetics) from the University of Wyoming and an Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
When she’s not seeing patients, Meaghan enjoys caring for her herd of llamas, traveling abroad, exploring the Wyoming outdoors and experimenting with new recipes in her kitchen.
