Shelley Barton, SLP

Shelley received her Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology in 2008 from the University of Wyoming. She is a certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Shelley provides speech-language therapy to patients across a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient, long term care, and home health. She enjoys working with all communication diagnoses including those associated with cognitive issues (MCI, memory, problem solving, safety awareness, and executive function), speech production, voice problems, and expressive/receptive language deficits. She also has specialty training in treating problems with swallowing. Shelley is a certified provider of LSVT® LOUD, a treatment for individuals with speech disorders related to Parkinson's disease and other neurological disorders. Shelley is a native of Laramie and enjoys renovating her home with her husband which is lucky as it is a never-ending process.
